Fuzzy Logic Controller for Sensorless Induction Motor Drive

Alka Nimbhorkar and Manisha Dubey

This paper gives a brief overview of the simplest design and significance of artificial intelligent technique. It is dealt with the use of fuzzy and evolutionary strategies for achieving such motion control tasks of Squirrel cage induction motor. Implementing fuzzy logic control to embedded control systems is a popular trend. Generally commercial fuzzy controller development tools are used during the fuzzy control system design process for embedded systems. Fuzzy logic controller provides good speed control by using linguistic variables which successfully can apply in Indian traction. It founds to be an economical, reliable, simplex speed control device in which typical mathematical calculations are not required.
