Brucellosis is a multisystem infectious disease, which appear in miscellaneous clinical manifestation. Different organ association can be recognized in affected individual, yet the main visual difficulties are front uveitis and choroiditis . Other than of this two-condition visual brucellosis may give different manifestations, for example, endophthalmitis, dacryoadenitis, extraocular muscle loss of motion, conjunctivitis, episcleritis, nummular keratitis, retinal edema and discharge, retinal separation, and optic neuropathy.
