Nowadays, talking about aesthetic rhinoplasty without considering nasal function is unacceptable Asthetics, as well as funcional parameters, adapted to the world globalization and racial diversity boosted a more versatile and actual beauty concepts. This presentation sustains why is so important to have in mind the principles of nasal airflow, related to the underlying conditions of the nasal strutures, and laws of Physics applied to nasal flow and aesthetics Understanding our pacients in these perspectives, surely will lead us to more specific and adequate surgical procedures with better results.
