作者须知

《计算机工程与信息技术杂志》  (JCEIT)每月快速出版  该学科  所有 领域的文章。 JCEIT 欢迎提交符合重要性和科学卓越性一般标准的稿件。论文将在录用后大约一个月内发表。通过 在线提交系统在线提交稿件 ，以电子邮件附件的形式发送至编辑部：  editialoffice@scitechnol.com稿件编号将在 72 小时内通过电子邮件发送给通讯作者。
 

提交文章：

为了减少延误，作者应  在从稿件提交到每个修订阶段的每个处理阶段遵守科技 期刊的级别、长度和格式。提交的文章应有 300 字的摘要/摘要，与正文分开。摘要应通过明确说明研究目的和采用的方法来简要介绍工作，并简要强调主要发现。文本可能包含一些简短的副标题，每个副标题不超过 40 个字符。

注： 发表文章涉及很多费用，编辑接受文章发表后，作者有责任支付处理费。下面列出了处理费用的详细信息，供作者参考，我们希望您在提交文章之前了解这些费用。

SciTechnol 贡献的格式：

SciTechnol accepts various formats of literary works such as research articles, reviews, abstracts, addendums, announcements, article-commentaries, book reviews, rapid communications, letters to the editor, annual meeting abstracts, conference proceedings, calendars, case-reports, corrections, discussions, meeting reports, news, obituaries, orations, product reviews, hypotheses and analyses.

Hybrid Open Access:

In recent times, there has been a lot of debate on the implementation of Open Access for research publications. Realizing the potential of Open Access in terms of greater visibility within and beyond the scientific community, there has been a tremendous boost to the Open Access movement through various Open Access publishers. Considering the importance of Open Access SciTechnol is offering the open option to authors.

Open Option/Author pays model that operates alongside an established subscription model. Submission of an article remains free. If the article is accepted for publication, the author is given the choice to pay a fee to make their article open access.

Peer-Review:

Journal of Computer Engineering & Information Technology follow single-blind peer review system that includes reviewers are aware of the identity of the authors, but authors are unaware of the identity of reviewers. There are minimum four reviewers for each article in each issue.

Every submitted manuscript processed for preliminary quality check control check by editorial office followed by external peer review process.

Benefits:

Benefits of Open Access include greater visibility, accelerated citation, immediate access to the full-text versions, higher impact and authors retain the copyright to their work. All open access articles are published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution (CC-BY) license. It also allows immediate deposit of the final published version in other repositories without restriction on re-use.

Average Article processing time (APT) is 55 days and  all the accepted articles will be online within 5 to 7 working days

APC includes peer-reviewing, editing, publishing, archiving and other costs associated with the publication of the articles. It may vary for some articles because of more editing and for archiving.

If author wants to make their article on subscription mode then author need to pay the basic production cost of 919 Euros which includes (Pre- quality, review, Graphic, HTML). If author wants to withdraw the article after 78 Hours of receiving the author need to pay the 20% of  open Access article processing fees.Since, the review process requires the input of Editors, Reviewers, Associate Managing Editors, Editorial Assistants, Content Writers, Editorial Tracking System & other online tracking systems to ensure that the published article is of good quality and is in its best possible form.

 

Copy Rights:

Authors opted for subscription mode must sign copyright transfer agreement prior to publication of their article.

Publisher reserves the copyright and any extensions or renewals of that term thereof throughout the world, including but not limited to publish, disseminate, transmit, store, translate, distribute, sell, republish and use the contribution and material contained therein in print and electronic form of the journal and in other derivative works, in all languages and any form of media of expression available now or in the future and to license or permit others to do so.

Article Preparation Guidelines:

• Authors are expected to attach an electronic covering letter completely mentioning the type of manuscript (e.g, Research article, Review articles, Brief Reports, Case study etc.) Unless invited on a special case, authors cannot classify a particular manuscript as Editorials or Letters to the editor or concise communications.
• Confirm that each individual named as an author meets the uniform requirements of the Journal of Computer Engineering & Information Technology criteria for authorship.
• Please make sure that the article submitted for review/publication is not under consideration elsewhere simultaneously.
• Clearly mention financial support or benefits if any from commercial sources for the work reported in the manuscript, or any other financial interests that any of the authors may have, which could create a potential conflict of interest or the appearance of a conflict of interest with regard to the work.
• A clear title of the article along with complete details of the author/s (professional/institutional affiliation, educational qualifications and contact information) must be provided in the title page.
• The corresponding author should include address, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address on the first page of the manuscript and authors must address any conflict of interest with others once the article is published.
• Number all sheets in succession, including references, tables, and figure legends.
• Title page is page 1. On the first page, type the running head (short title for top of each page), title (which cannot include any acronyms), names of the authors and their academic degrees, grants or other financial supporters of the study, address for correspondence and reprint requests, and corresponding author's telephone and fax numbers and e-mail address.

Guidelines for Research Articles:

• Research articles are articles written based on the empirical/secondary data collected using a clearly defined research methodology, where conclusion/s is drawn from the analysis of the data collected.
• The information must be based on original research that adds to the body of knowledge in Computer Engineering & Information Technology.
• Article/s should provide a critical description or analysis of the data presented while adding new and rapidly evolving areas in the field.
• Include an abstract of maximum 300 words with 7 to 10 important keywords.
• The abstract should be divided into Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
• Research articles must adhere to a format constituting the introduction followed by a brief review of relevant literature, methodology applied (to collect the data), discussion and References, Tables, and Figure Legends.

Review Articles:

• Review articles are written based mostly on secondary data that is falling in line with the theme of the journal. They are brief, yet critical discussions on a specific aspect of the subject concerned. Reviews generally start with the statement of the problem with a brief abstract of 300 words and few keywords. Introduction generally brings the issue forward to the readers followed by an analytical discussion with the help of necessary tables, graphs, pictures and illustrations wherever necessary. It summarizes the topic with a conclusion. All the statements or observations in the review articles must be based on necessary citations, providing a complete reference at the end of the article.

Commentaries:

• Commentaries are opinion articles written mostly by the veteran and experienced writers on a specific development, recent innovation or research findings that fall in line with the theme of the journal. They are very brief articles with the title and abstract that provides the gist of the topic to be discussed, with few keywords. It straight away states the problems and provides a thorough analysis with the help of the illustrations, graphs and tables if necessary. It summarizes the topic with a brief conclusion, citing the references at the end.

Case Study:

• Case studies are accepted with a view of adding additional information related to the investigative research that advances in the field of Computer Engineering & Information Technology.

• 不要在临床图像中添加单独的图形图例；整个临床图像文字就是图例。图像应采用以下格式之一与稿件一起提交：.tiff（首选）或.eps。

• 给编辑的信应仅限于对以前发表的文章的评论，并具体提及与之相关的问题和原因。对案例或研究结果的报告应当简明、全面、简短。它不遵循摘要、小标题或致谢等格式。这是读者对发表的特定文章的更多回应或意见，应在文章发表后 6 个月内送达编辑。

致谢： 本节包括致谢人员、赠款详细信息、资金等。

注意： 如果作者未能按照上述说明提交其作品，他们很乐意保留清晰的标题，即标题、副标题和相应的副标题。

参考文献： 只有已发表或接受的稿件才应包含在参考文献列表中。会议摘要、会议演讲或已提交但尚未接受的论文不应被 引用。所有个人通讯均应有相关作者的来信支持。SciTechnol 使用编号引用 （ 引用序列）方法。参考文献按照它们在文本中出现的顺序列出并编号。在正文中，引用的内容应在括号中注明参考文献编号。一组括号内的多个引用应以逗号分隔。如果有三个或更多连续引用，则应给出一个范围。示例：“...现在使生物学家能够在一次实验中同时监测数千个基因的表达 [1, 5-7, 28]。”在排序引文之前，请确保稿件的各个部分按照相关期刊的正确顺序排列。图标题和表格应位于手稿的末尾。作者被要求为每个参考文献至少提供一个在线链接，如下所示（最好是 PubMed）。因为所有参考文献将尽可能以电子方式链接到他们引用的论文，正确的参考文献格式至关重要。请使用以下样式作为参考列表：

表格：

这些应该最少使用并设计得尽可能简单。我们强烈鼓励作者以 .doc 格式提交表格。表格全文均采用双倍行距，包括标题和脚注。每个表格应位于单独的页面上，用阿拉伯数字连续编号，并提供标题和图例。表格应该是不言自明的，无需参考文本。最好在图例中而不是在文本中描述实验中使用的方法的细节。相同的数据不应同时以表格和图表的形式呈现或在文本中重复。可以从 Excel 电子表格复制单元格并将其粘贴到 Word 文档中，但 Excel 文件不应作为对象嵌入。

注意： 如果提交的内容为 PDF 格式，请作者保留 .doc 格式，以帮助成功完成流程。

人物：

图表形式的表格和方程：

如果方程无法在 MathML 中编码，请以 TIFF 或 EPS 格式作为离散文件（即仅包含一个方程的数据的文件）提交。仅当表格无法编码为 XML/SGML 时，它们才可以作为图形提交。如果使用此方法，则所有提交的所有方程和表格中的字体大小必须一致且清晰，这一点至关重要。

补充信息：

补充信息的离散项目（例如，图形、表格）引用了论文正文中的适当点。
摘要图/图作为补充信息的一部分包含在内（可选）。所有补充信息必须作为单个 PDF 文件提供，并且文件大小应在允许的限制范围内。图像尺寸最大应为 640 x 480 像素（9 x 6.8 英寸，每英寸 72 像素）。

关于 NIH 授权的 SciTechnol 政策：
SciTechnol 将在 NIH 资助者发表的文章发表后立即将其发布到 PubMed Central 来支持作者。

校样和重印：
电子校样将以电子邮件附件的形式以 PDF 文件形式发送给相应作者。页面校样被认为是手稿的最终版本。除印刷错误或轻微笔误外，校对阶段的手稿不会进行任何更改。作者可以免费以电子方式访问文章的全文（HTML、PDF 和 XML）。

快速编辑执行和审查流程（FEE-审查流程）：《
计算机工程与信息技术杂志》正在参与快速编辑执行和审查流程（FEE-审查流程），除了常规文章处理费外，还需要额外支付 99 美元的预付款。快速编辑执行和审稿流程是针对文章的一项特殊服务，使其能够在预审阶段获得处理编辑更快的响应以及审稿人的审稿。作者投稿后最多3天内得到预审回复，最多5天内得到审稿人审核，2天内修改/发表。如果文章收到处理编辑的修改通知，那么前一个审稿人或替代审稿人还需要 5 天的时间进行外部审稿。

稿件的接受完全是通过处理编辑团队的考虑和独立的同行评审来驱动的，无论通过定期同行评审的出版物还是快速的编辑评审过程，都确保维持最高标准。处理编辑和文章撰稿人有责任遵守科学标准。即使文章被拒绝或撤回发表，99 美元的文章审查费用也不会退还。

通讯作者或机构/组织负责支付稿件审稿费。额外的审稿流程费用包括快速审稿处理和快速编辑决策，定期文章出版包括各种格式的在线出版准备，确保全文包含在许多永久档案中，例如 HTML、XML 和 PDF，并提供给不同的索引机构。
