Prognostic Significance of Immunohistochemical Expression of EGFR, Inos and Ki-M1P in Skull Base Chordoma: A Series of 74 Patients

To investigate the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), inducible nitric oxide synthase iNOS and Ki-M1P in skull base chordoma. To the authors’ knowledge, little is known regarding the prognostic significance of receptor tyrosine kinase and role of iNOS expressed by macrophages in chordoma induced inflammation and tumor progression of skull base chordoma.
