Semi-Automated System for Presymptomatic Light Imaging

Gowthami Bainaboina1

Bioluminescent imaging may be a valuable noninvasive technique for work neoplasm dynamics and specific biological molecular events in living animals to higher perceive the consequences of human malady in animal models. Small animal imaging (SAI) is employed to watch noninvasively and in real time the presence or activation of specific organic process at the molecular level. With a multi-camera BLI device capable of tomographic studies, the 3D spacial distribution and temporal dynamics of luciferase expressing cells among the animal may be measured in nice detail. Taking under consideration their non-invasive nature, imaging systems allow serial assays through gnawer models of human cancer, vessel abnormalities, medicine disorders and alternative diseases.
